Polar Air Cargo Worldwide, Inc. is a major American cargo airline headquartered in White Plains, New York, specializing in scheduled all-cargo services between North America, Asia, and Europe. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Polar operates one of the most extensive transpacific freight networks in the industry.

Founded in 1993, Polar Air Cargo grew from a small charter operation into a key player in global air freight logistics. The airline established a strategic partnership with DHL Express in 2007, creating a joint venture that combined Atlas Air's operational expertise with DHL's global logistics network. This partnership operated successfully for nearly 18 years before concluding in 2025, when Atlas Air Worldwide acquired the remaining equity interest, making Polar a wholly-owned subsidiary.

Polar Air Cargo has been recognized with numerous industry awards, including AFLAS Awards for Best All Cargo Airline (2022-2024) and Payload Asia Awards for Best Global Carrier and Best E-Commerce Carrier (2022).
