Overview
Kenya is East Africa's leading tourism destination and aviation hub, renowned for its spectacular wildlife safaris, diverse landscapes, and the Great Migration in the Masai Mara. The country attracts millions of visitors annually seeking Big Five game viewing, Indian Ocean beaches, and mountain trekking.
Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) in Nairobi serves as the primary gateway and East Africa's busiest airport. It is the hub for Kenya Airways, a SkyTeam member and one of Africa's largest carriers, offering connections throughout Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Moi International Airport (MBA) in Mombasa serves the coastal tourism region and receives direct international flights, particularly from Europe.
Kenya's central East African position makes Nairobi a natural connecting point for travel across the continent. The country offers easy access to neighboring Tanzania (Serengeti, Kilimanjaro), Uganda (gorillas), Rwanda, and Ethiopia.
