Introduction

Owen Roberts International Airport (GCM) serves Grand Cayman, the largest of the Cayman Islands and a British Overseas Territory. Located 2 km east of George Town, the capital, it's the gateway to world-famous Seven Mile Beach, diving, and the Caribbean's premier offshore financial center.

The airport has a single terminal that underwent major renovation. Modern and efficient for an island airport.

GCM is on Grand Cayman's west side:

  • To Seven Mile Beach: 5 km, 10-15 minutes
  • To Stingray City departure point: 20 km, 25-30 minutes
  • To Rum Point: 35 km, 40-50 minutes
  • To East End: 40 km, 45-55 minutes
